Went around looking for coffee shops in China town and came across this. Before coming here, I went to several places, but all of them barely had any indoor seating. Glad I found this place on a freezing afternoon. The shop was so cozy and the best part was that they had enough seating considering the location
Native New Yorker and in my opinion this is the best coffee shop I’ve been to in the city. Coffee is always well-made and it’s so sunny and bustling on weekends. The egg sandwich is dreamy. Love the no laptop policy—everyone here is chit-chatting and having a good time—and a bonus that you can get wine here in the evening when every other place on the block is mobbed. I love you Little Canal 🥹
Such a cute and cozy corner coffee shop! The coffee was delicious, and the laid-back atmosphere made it a perfect little spot to relax. It’s conveniently located right by a park too—great for grabbing a cup to-go and enjoying it outside if the shop is full!
This quaint cafe has a great selection of drinks and food items. We went for breakfast on the weekend and were lucky enough to snag a table. We got the breakfast sandwich, tofu sandwich (TLT) and matcha latte, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed! This will definitely become a regular spot for us!
Coffee shop by day and bar by night. Came for coffee at 6 pm but by that time they only serve alcoholic drinks. The drink list isn’t long but they have decent cocktails. The ambience is nice the music is very cool. I like this place a lot,
Little Canal is the kind of spot you stumble upon and instantly want to keep to yourself. Tucked into the Lower East Side, it has a calm, unhurried energy that makes mornings better. The coffee is smooth and well-balanced, and their avocado toast? Surprisingly elevated. It’s the perfect place to start your day windows open, light pouring in, and a neighborhood vibe that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit.
Must admit, we tried to get into some of the “TikTok famous” bars ie. Le Dive and were met with relatively rude service. When we rocked up to Little Canal we had the most wonderful service, were immediately escorted to the best seat in the house and promptly served some of the best cocktails and wines in NYC all night (also shoutout to the waiters with their elite wine and cocktail reccos- the espresso martini and Gimlet were the best!). Couldn’t recommend this place higher!
Relaxing spot on the corner of Canal St. Wine, beer, mixed drinks the works with a nice collection of foods to choose from. I enjoyed the plate of mixed olives with fresh peppers and olive oil. To sip on I had the sparkling wine. Great variety of music and the service is very pleasant. Good for couples, small groups, friends, and just to kick back alone to clear your mind after a busy day in the Big city. Highly recommend, enjoy 😊 Cheers 🥂
Food was delicious and came out quick and hot. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great place to grab an excellent chai latte and a croissant. Fast service with a smile and very nice atmosphere. We will definitely return to try more of their menu options.
